Mix a small amount of dye with cream activator 2.7% in 1:1 ratio. Apply the mixture on the skin of the elbow and leave on for 30 minutes. If redness or swelling of the skin does not appear within 48 hours, proceed to tinting.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e1) Clean eyebrows and eyelashes using makeup remover that does not contain oils.
