Masanobu Ando's take on the traditional spoon resembles a petal plucked from a daisy. I love how the glaze varies slightly thoughout the piece, growing more transparent along each edge so that the raw ceramic beneath is visible. The thick, curved handle is durable, and the high sides of the spoon's basin allow it to hold more liquid for maximum enjoyment of tasty broth.
