His parcels touch three Grand Cru sites: Kirchspiel, Morstein, and Steingrube. The 2024 is a cool-year wine — slender, precise, and animated. Rheinhessen was largely spared from the brutal April frosts that hit the Mosel and Nahe, and the vintage delivered the shell-like salinity and featherweight citrus that Westhofen Riesling does well. Fermented and aged entirely in stainless; no oak, no additions — just the site.
< style="margin: 0;">
PAIRINGS :

Baked sea bass with lemongrass

citrus and salinity track with delicate white fish

Lime shrimp tacos

high acidity and no oak let the dish carry the spice

Fresh goat cheese

tangy, mineral, bone dry — a natural pairing

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0748/4561/8405/files/seehof-riesling-trocken-2024-750ml_1.jpg?v=1791818815
