I am a Tekki Fish Cast Iron Ornament. Cast the reel and you will find, an iron fish that’s exquisitely designed.

Curator's Notes

This piece is intriguing because it’s in that gray zone between art and design. Many see that intersection between the two as different disciplines but when I look at Miya’s cast iron ornaments, I can’t help but think that they defy classic boundaries.
